52Frames - Week 43: Reflections

“Triple Reflection”

Just a little fun with both a mirror and my photo ball. So I've captured 3 reflections - lantern in mirror, lantern in photo ball, and photo ball in mirror. I had two other plans for this week, first the fall foliage on the reservoir, but the weather and lighting didn't work. Second idea was a mirror, within a mirror, within a mirror selfie concept but I needed help with hauling the large mirrors from around the house. I enjoyed this concept though. Simple fun, but a little tricky with the focus since the candle flickered so much. I also like the negative space this creates and the barely noticeable warm glow of the mirror's wood frame in the background.
